Leech Lake Fishing Report 5/20/2024

Leech Lake is fishing pretty good right now with an occasional tough day. A large majority of fish are being found in 10-14 ft on main lake points and sand flats. A 1/4oz jig and shiner has still been working best, but don't be afraid to start mixing in some leeches. If you are able to find fish away from the crowd those fish have seemed to be cooperating the best. I have started to find a few groups of fish sliding out to structure just offshore from the main lake points they had been sitting on. Those fish haven't been cooperating well, but will hopefully start snapping soon. Good Luck Fishing!
